Antonio José Recca has 30 years of experience working in the oil and
petrochemicals industries, since starting out his career in a marketing role at
Esso in
1975. He has postgraduate training in administration and marketing strategies
and
is a skilled auditor for ISO norms and assessment projects. He is fluent in
English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
Carlos María Regúnaga has been a legal adviser and member of the board of
directors for several international corporations, including banking,
petrochemicals,
oil and gas, construction, transportation and electronics. Regúnaga also held
posts as a presidential adviser and as adviser-in-chief to the secretary of
commerce. He is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
Rodolfo Agustín Lira is a well-established lawyer specialising in commercial,
government and academic law. He has been an adviser and legal consultant to
senior
government figures and politicians, and is currently a nominated
judge-arbitrator for the application of the Brasilia Protocol for dispute
resolutions in
Mercosur. He is fluent in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese and Italian.
