 - introduction

Local content is increasingly becoming an issue across many parts of the globe. While in time we hope to be able to provide comprehensive coverage wherever local content policies affect the operations of oil, gas and mining companies, in the meantime, the Rest of the World section is intended to keep you up to date with news developments in jurisdictions that we do not cover in full.

This section is also used to host links to relevant documents and websites concerned with global local content issues. You'll find a selection of articles, reports and theses under the LC in practice chapter. Further, country-specific information can be accessed through the Menas e-library local content resource database, here.
